With our rich experience in Order Management, we have associated with TransCanada Diagnostic Equipment to provide global support for complete Order Management process from Lead Management, sourcing, procurement, logistics, shipment and delivery of critical high end medical equipment.
Through our service support we manage complete details of activities within the OM process and customer contact management through the cloud-based CRM. We provide analytical data on various components of the business process like the different kinds of equipment, customer demographics, logistics patterns and timelines etc. As part of coordinating and supporting the process we interact and manage direct clients of our customers which range from big and small hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and individuals running diagnostic facilities. Till now, we have carried out the OM process across PAN India as well as Central Asia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Russia, Europe, Middle East, Japan, Korea, USA and many other countries.
